Administration Building
- Floor tile and ceiling replacement.

Maintenance Building
- Remove asphalt and all associated subgrade. Replace with new asphalt and subgrade material. Work should occur concurrent with drainage/sewer work.

Lockport High School
- Remove existing ceiling, abatement included. Provide new 24" x 24" ACT & Grid. Areas include 1st Floor Kitchen & 2nd Floor Corridors, excludes 2010 additions on 2nd floor.
- Replace existing foyer ceiling and wall panels.
- Remove existing lockers. Provide new lockers (1 tier) 12"x15"x72".
- Renovation of existing computer labs to accommodate current spacial needs. cost does not include abatement.
- Masonry repair; replace damaged bricks, repoint & wash.
- Replace six PTAC units in-kind. Outdoor wall penetration may need modification to accommodate new unit. Provide AC, Fresh air & heating to clinic & secure entry office.
- Remove and replace electric message board.
- Remove reinforced concrete stair, foundations/frost wall, and landing. Form, reinforce, & pour new foundation walls, footings, and concrete stairs. Provide post mounted handrail, Replace dock bumpers, Paint steel nosing and railings.
- Provide hardwired CO detectors and A/V alarms to existing fire alarm system.
- Masonry repair; replace damaged bricks, repoint & wash.

Aaron Mossell Jr High School
- Replacement of existing steam unit ventilators. Provide ceiling hung unit ventilator or vertical stack UV fully ducted to space. Provide ceiling, pipe, and casework modifications. Infill existing intake Louver and provide new wall opening.
- Renovation of existing art rooms to accommodate current special needs.
- Remove existing membrane roof, coping, & insulation and roof deck. Provide new roof sheathing and install new roof, insulation, & coping. Abatement & removal of additional roofing not included.
- Replacement of rooftop air handling equipment. Provide kitchen make up air unit for kitchen space and packaged gas fired unit with DX cooling for cafeteria space. Roof curbs and roof openings to remain for re-use.
- Replace Domestic Water Heater, hot water storage tanks, re-circulation pumps and thermostatic type mixing valve. Includes all piping, flue piping, valves and insulation.
- Remove existing VCT and base. Prep and level for new flooring. Provide new VCT floor and resilient cove base. Abatement not included.
- General masonry repair. Including replacing failing bricks as necessary, repointing existing masonry, washing masonry, replacing expansion joints and applying water repellent.
- Remove lane 1 and drainage system. Mill remaining surfacing. Install asphalt and sub grade at lane 1 and trench drain with associated drainage. Top dress stone sub base at the rest of the track and install asphalt. Install new track surfacing and markings.

Emmet Belknap Intermediate School
- Masonry Repair: repoint 66% of wall, repair 33% of masonry units, remove existing anchors and wash.
- Remove existing adhered ceiling. Abatement included. Provide new 24"x24" ACT and grid.
- Remove existing VCT and base. Prep and level for new flooring. Provide new VCT floor and resilient cove base. Abatement included.
- Replacement of hot water air handling units with heating and cooling units. Provide outdoor ACCU for each air handler. Provide all ductwork and piping modifications required. Provide coil pump or face and bypass for freeze protection.
- Elevator Modernization Allowance included. Recommend review by elevator specialist to determine scope.
- Remove fence, gates and foundations. Replace with new fence, gates and foundations. Repair disturbed lawn.
- Provide new ductwork and roof mounted exhaust fan. Provide upblast style fan with minimum 18 in roof curb. Roof opening to remain for re-use. Tie exhaust fan controls into hood operation and DDC system.
- Provide hard wired CO detector and A/V devices tied into the existing fire alarm system.
- Paint existing lintels with cold galvanizing compound.

Anna Merritt Elementary School
- Remove and replace concrete sidewalk and subbase.
- Provide hardwired CO detector.
- Masonry repair; replace damaged bricks, repoint & wash.

Charles Upson Elementary School
- Renovation of existing offices, hallways, and main entrances to improve building safety.
- Provide hardwired CO detectors and A/V alarms to existing fire alarm system.
- Addition to parking lot on South side of building.

George Southard Elementary School
- Remove and replace asphalt walks. Widen to 10’ to allow for snow plowing. Remove this bridge and reinstall a culvert type system will be $30,000. Bridge is in a regulatory floodplain and a site survey should be acquired ASAP.
- Remove existing window insulated panels. Abatement and sills not included. Provide new insulated aluminum panels.
- Provide hardwired CO detector.

- Provide hardwired CO detectors.

John Pound Early Childhood Center
- Full aspahlt removal, subbase material to remain in place. Top dress and fine grade subbase material, install new asphalt. Milling is dependent on asphalt core results: AOLA edit 1/12/2021.
- Remove fence posts, fabric, rails and foundation. Install new posts, fabric, rails and foundation.
